Returns & Refunds Policy

30-day return requests

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery by contacting service@brenura.com before sending any item back.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, free from odors and pet hair, in their original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping and refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item is defective, damaged on arrival or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider.

Final-sale items, gift cards, personalized goods and items damaged through improper washing, snagging, pet damage, direct heat, unsuitable storage or failure to follow care instructions are not eligible for return, except where required by law.
